RETURN POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE CRITERIA:
  • all returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. For online orders, within 7 days of delivery.
  • we do not offer refunds.
  • your return will be processed as a store credit or exchange.
  • Items must be unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you. 
  • Under no circumstance are worn items applicable for return.
  • Shoes must be returned in original shoe box.
  • Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. This includes items from promotional holiday sales.
  • All handbags, swimwear and accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We inspect all returns & exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a return based on the returned condition.
  • We have the right to refuse any items that do not meet our return criteria. In the case of refusal, you will be notified and your items will be returned to you.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

  • Any returns that are sent to use without a return approval with not be excepted.
  • Once your return is approved a return  label will be sent to you via email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.
  • By purchasing from The Elizabeth Chronicles, you accept these terms and conditions.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
