I received my order and want to return it. How do I do that?
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to return your purchase, please email us with your name, order number, and the style number/color/size of each item you would like to return. As soon as we receive and check in your return, you will be issued a refund. All sale items are final sale.
I received my order and I want to exchange it. Can I do that?
You may exchange your item for another style or size if the item is in stock. Please email us with the details of your exchange before sending anything back. Once we have received your original order, we will ship out your new items.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for shipping returns/exchanges back to The Elizabeth Chronicles. The Elizabeth Chronicles is responsible for shipping the exchange back to the customer.

I'm purchasing a gift for my friend, can you include a card with the shipment?
Yes! Please include your well wishes in the Gift Note box located in your shopping cart at the bottom. We will make sure the recipient gets a hand written card with their order.
I just purchased a tumbler/acrylic item, how do I care for it?
All of our tumbler & acrylic accessories are designed with a durable vinyl sticker. Please make sure you HAND WASH these items only!
Do you do price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we do not price adjustment.I received my order and it is incorrect, or damaged. What do I do?

I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?
We are always here to help with any question you might have about any item. Each photo description will always state what size the model is wearing. If you need further assistance, we are happy to send additional photos or information to you.
How should I care for my tees? Can I wash the items with gold foil?
We recommend washing all items in cold water, inside out, with like colors. Lay flat to dry. All items can be laundered this way.

I want to order something that's out of stock. Are you restocking it?
Occasionally we do restock items. We will be sure to make an announcement as soon as something is restocked. We also recommend that you sign up with the TEC Newsletter to ensure that you are always informed when new merchandise is up on the site!
Can you customize a tee for me?

Can I return my online order in store?
Yes, you may. However, any online returns will only receive a credit towards items in our online boutique at this time.
