What are your shop hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm. And Sundays from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday, will be shipped on the following Monday.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer standard and two day shipping.

Do you offer in store pick up?

We sure do, and it's free! When checking out, choose "in stock" pick up. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready. Normally within 24 hours, or sooner.

My order says delivered, but I never received it

All orders are sent a tracking number to the email that the order was placed with. We recommend checking your tracking number and/or reaching out to your local post office. If your package has still not been delivered, we recommend you file a claim with your post office. TEC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Returns

How can I make a return?

All online returns must be approved before sending us your item. You can reach us here to start your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the information needed to send your item back to us.

What is your return policy?

All online and in store orders may be returned within seven days. For online orders, your seven day return window starts from the day your order is received. All returns are issued in the form of a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds. You can you see our full return policy here.
